About Brandon Lilley Founder, Owner

Brandon Lilley is an Arizona native with a passion for transforming homes and helping families create their dream living spaces. After earning his MBA in Connecticut, Brandon returned to Arizona where he served as Vice President at a major investment firm for 11 years. During this time, he and his wife started remodeling houses on the side, honing their skills and discovering a deep passion for home renovations.

In 2019, Brandon and his family made the decision to relocate to Boulder, Colorado, where they focused full-time on flipping homes. It wasn’t long before a high-end residential construction company took notice of Brandon’s talents, and he was invited to join their team as a project manager. His ability to oversee complex projects and bring a meticulous level of detail quickly earned him a promotion to Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, he managed all aspects of operations, sales, finances, pre-construction, and project management, overseeing the company's day-to-day and long-term success.

After four years in Boulder, the Lilley family decided to return to their roots in Phoenix in 2023. While continuing to serve as COO for the Boulder-based construction company on a remote basis, Brandon realized that the travel demands were taking a toll on his family life. That realization led to the creation of Lilley & Co Remodeling and Design, a business that allows him to stay close to home while continuing to pursue his true passion: helping Arizona families remodel their homes.

With a focus on everything from large-scale renovations requiring permits and plans to smaller projects and handyman services, Brandon has assembled a dedicated team of professionals who share his commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
